Book Review: Searching for Beautiful (Searching For #3) by Jennifer Probst
Today is supposed to be the happiest day of Genevieve's life. So why does everything feel so wrong? Should she listen to the voice in her head telling her to get the hell away or should she keep ignoring it, like she has been for years. Wolfe has a horrible past that he doesn't share with anyone. Not even his closest friend, Gen. They may have drifted apart recently, but he will always be there for her. Especially when he sees her climbing out of a window. He'll take her away from everything for a few days to get her head on straight and hopefully get his best friend back. Only he gets more than he bargained for.
Oh how I have missed Verily, NY and this amazing cast of characters. It is just one big extended family that all have each other's back I've been waiting for this story since the end of the last novel hen something seemed terribly off with Gen. I wanted to see her get back to being herself. Her fiance, David, is the most awful man ever and I wanted nothing more for her than to run away from him. For the first half of this book I was crazy anxious, just waiting to see if he would get worse. But I was also thrilled to see Gen and Wolfe get back to where their friendship once was before David. Anyone and everyone could see there was more to them, everyone except those two of course.

Book Review: Dante's Fire by Jennifer Probst
Dante has been both blessed and cursed with his superhuman abilities since he was a young boy. He has honed his skill over time in order to help those in need. However, it leaves him to live a very lonely life. He has found it impossible to maintain a relationship so he just stops trying. Masquerading as a low level employee in his own company, Dante finds that he has silently fallen in love with an executive. He plans on keeping his feelings to himself until everything changes the night she is the one who needs his help.
Selina has worked up from absolutely nothing to the top of the New York City property world. Determined to have a successful career, she has little time or desire for romance. She may be attracted to her very handsome coworker, but that is all it can ever be - attraction. It's not until she is in desperate need of saving that she realizes how truly lonely she is. Now she must reconcile the feelings she has for both her nighttime savior and daytime flirt. And what will happen when Selina finds out the truth about who Dante really is?
Paranormal romance is not something I am used to seeing from Jennifer Probst and I am still fairly new to the genre myself. So I was a tad bit nervous going in. Which was totally unwarranted because this was fantastic.

Book Review: Searching for Perfect (Searching For #2) by Jennifer Probst
Nate and Kennedy have more in common than they realize. On the surface, they couldn't look more opposite. He's the nerdy rocket scientist with stains on his shirt and she is the gorgeous co-owner of Kinnections. When she watches Nate crash and burn at one of their speed dating events, she feels compelled to make him her personal project. After all, makeovers are her specialty. Nate knows that a woman like Kennedy would never want to be with him, but that doesn't stop him from wanting her. When she starts to develop feelings of her own, she tries her best to ignore them.
In Searching for Someday, we see Kennedy as the beautiful, sexy woman who prefers to hop from one man to the next. But here we get to see who she truly is under her carefully constructed facade. It is so easy to relate to her as her self image issues are ones that many women share. And Nate? Well I tend to be partial to geek's since I am a bit of one myself. You just know that underneath the ill-fitting clothes and bad hair is a sexy man and damn if I couldn't wait for him to come out.
True to Jennifer Probst's style, Searching for Perfect was filled with easily loveable characters, humor, sexiness and just a fun story. What I really loved about this book was the witty comedy because it didn't just make me chuckle, it had me full out belly laughing. (Just wait till you get to the scene with Nate and Ming. Priceless). When you can make me laugh out loud in one chapter and then pant in another, well then you have a big winner. For those who have read her Marriage to a Billionaire series, we do get brief appearances from all of those happy couples and I loved catching up with them all. I absolutely adored this book and once again cannot wait for more from Jennifer.

Book Review: Searching For Someday (Searching For #1) by Jennifer Probst
Kate has a special ability that goes back for generations of women in her family. She has a special touch that not only will tell her who her true love is but helps her find true love for others. But while she is great in sensing that electricity between others, she hasn't felt it for herself yet. Until him.

Book Review: The Marriage Merger by Jennifer Probst
The Marriage Merger is the fourth book in the Marriage to a Billionaire series by Jennifer Probst. This may be read as a stand alone novel, but why do that when you can read all four awesome stories? In each of the three previous books, things start off with the heroine performing a love spell to help her find the man of her dreams. Julietta Conte has just received the spell book from her sister and is hesitant to do something so ridiculous. But in order to get her sister to leave her alone, she quickly gets it over with and puts it out of her mind. Love is not on her agenda, just growing her family's bakery business is.
Billionaire Sawyer Wells, who we briefly met in book 3, is opening a chain of luxury hotels starting with one in Julietta's home of Milan, Italy. And Sawyer wants her company to be the exclusive bakery for all of his locations. This is the type of offer that Julietta has been dreaming of and she can't say no. But can she say no to his offer of one night of passion?
Sawyer had an awful childhood in New York City's foster care system and he carries with him some pretty messed up demons. This has given him a hard, dominating edge that Julietta hadn't realized she needed. Until now. While Sawyer doesn't believe in love, he can promise Julietta more pleasure than she ever imagined.

"I want to discover every hidden secret of your body and a thousand ways to make you scream my name." |
