There is a crazy amount of angst as we watch Max struggle with his feelings. Why does the guy always hurt the girl before he realizes what he had? Men are so frustrating. I enjoyed their journey and I am looking forward to more books in this series. The title of book 2 is Storm Front, though there are no other details available yet. I'm really hoping this will be Lyla's and Sebastian's story.
